Open Positions with Qualification

Project Manager / Engineer / Coordinator Position

Primary Duties and responsibilities:

–  Oversee and direct various construction projects from conception to completion

–  Review and understand the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

–  Material take off and procuring material

–  Coordinate and direct subcontractors

–  Review the work progress on daily basis and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

–  Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses

–  Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Qualifications:

–  Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

–  Leadership and human resource management skills

–  Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently

–  Competent in conflict and crisis management

–  Proficiency in MS Office, Project and related software

–  Fluency in English. Korean or Spanish is a plus.

–  US citizenship preferred for government security clearance

 

Project Superintendent Position

Primary Duties and responsibilities:

–   Provide overall on site management of construction projects and ensure timely completion

–  Coordinate all job site activities and manpower needs with the Project Manager

– Monitor the work performance and productivity of trades to ensure project specifications, procedures, quality and safety requirements are maintained

– Complete daily job reports in timely manner

– Act as company representative and liaison with clients, inspectors, subcontractors and vendors, throughout the project

Qualifications:

–  Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

–  Leadership and human resource management skills

–  Ability to multi-task with several multiple projects concurrently

–  Competent in conflict and crisis management

–  0 – 5 years of public construction work experience

–  Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and etc.

–  Flexibility with travel requirements

–  Fluency in English. Korean or Spanish is a plus.

–  US citizenship preferred for government security clearance
